Further information for tenants:
Recycling, garbage and compost: please place in the appropriate wheely-bins at the corner of the parking lot, that we share with our neighbours. Compost must be placed in the big brown bin in paper-wrapped packages or paper bags (not the biodegrable plastic ones).
Parking: 2 cars can park next to each other at the end of the parking lot furthest from the road, then 4 cars can park on the right on a diagonal, making 2 spots per apartment. Positions are first come first serve!
Cleaning service: please ask me for my cleaner’s phone number if you would like services.
Miscellaneous on jobs can be undertaken by our concierge. He comes to clear the snow from the entrance as necessary and has keys to the apartments in case. We’ll leave his phone number in the apartment.
